Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Forklift Operator based in Theale. The Forklift Operator’s daily responsibilities include operating forklifts to move and organize materials, ensuring efficient loading and unloading of shipments, and assisting in material handling and inventory management. The role also involves proper packing and ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures while contributing to smooth warehouse operations. This role supports & ensures the efficient flow of goods in a temperature-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Forklift Operation, including safe handling and operation of forklift machinery
• Experience in Shipping & Receiving processes
• Skills in Unloading and Material Handling
• Knowledge of Packing and ensuring secure transport of goods
• Strong understanding of workplace safety practices and adherence to procedures
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in logistics or temperature-controlled warehouse settings is a plus
• Valid forklift certification is required
