About the Role We are currently recruiting licensed Counterbalance & Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in Wellesbourne (CV35) . This is an ongoing temporary role with consistent work available and the potential for a long-term assignment for the right candidate. Immediate starts available . Shift Available 10:30am – 6:00pm
Key Responsibilities Safely operate Counterbalance and Reach trucks
Move, stack, and organise stock and materials
Load and unload vehicles
Put away stock into racking locations and complete replenishments
Support general warehouse duties when required
Maintain health & safety standards at all times
Requirements Valid Counterbalance and Reach licences (in-date)
Previous FLT experience in a warehouse / logistics environment preferred
Strong attention to detail and safety
Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
