Job Description - FLT Driver/Warehouse Op

Location: Busy 3PL Warehouse
Hours: Day shifts, Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day, with flexibility on start and finish time. 08:00 till 16:00 or 10:00 till 18:00
Pay : 13.70 per hour with forklift ticket
Pay: 12.50 per hour without forklift ticket
Contract: Full-time

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced FLT Drivers/ Warehouse Op to join our team in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment. The role involves safely and efficiently unloading and loading trailers across multiple customer contracts, as well as picking stock both using MHE and manually.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate FLT trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
Load and unload trailers for multiple customer contracts.
Non paletised containers to be unleaded and paletised.
Pick stock accurately using MHE or by hand as required.
Support general warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Follow all site health & safety rules and company procedures.
Work flexibly to meet varying start and finish times.
Lifting Bulky items up to 30-35kg

Requirements:

Valid FLT licence (in-date - In House accepted).
Valid Counterbalance, Reach, Flexi or clamp.
Previous warehouse and MHE experience - min 1 years
Ability to carry out manual handling and physical tasks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking.
Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and shift times.
Good team player with a proactive attitude.
