The Opportunity


Ralio is the payments layer for AI agents.


We're backed by very strong early investors and are now hiring a Founder Associate to own go-to-market and corporate topics.


This is a high-impact, high-agency role. You are owning your role and will shape Ralio's growth.


What You'll Build


You'll build the commercial and operational machine that powers Ralio's growth. This involves architecting our go-to-market engine, scaling our internal infrastructure from scratch and designing the playbooks that will define our next phase of expansion.


What You'll Do


Go-To-Market


  1. Marketing: you produce high-signal content, lead field marketing activities and own the growth topics.
  2. Business: you identify high-value targets, craft narratives and deploy outreach sequences.
  3. Sales: you build the sales decks, draft complex proposals and update the pipeline.


Corporate


  1. Investors: you track core KPIs, craft shareholder updates and prepare board meetings.
  2. Admin: you oversee financial operations, manage overall compliance and build the operational foundations for scale.
  3. Projects: you drive company-wide projects, identify high-impact opportunities and deliver exceptional outcomes.

  2. Commercial Hustle: you can identify market opportunities and you have the grit to execute cold outreach, lead generation, and initial sales conversations.
  3. Tools Power-User: you leverage AI tools (LLMs, automation, and research agents) and the modern startup stack.
  4. Elite Communication: you possess exceptional writing and design skills, with the ability to produce investor-grade decks and high-signal narratives.
