ROLE

This is a founding, hands-on product role

You’ll work directly with the founder to shape what the product actually becomes.

There are no rigid specs, no legacy constraints, and no organisational noise.

Just real problems, fast iteration, and a high bar for quality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and iterate on the product
• Translate messy real-world workflows into simple, usable interfaces
• Make product decisions and implement them end-to-end
• Use modern tools and AI to move quickly without sacrificing quality
• Talk to early clubs and users as we validate assumptions

This is a build-first, think-clearly role.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Product surfaces from idea to implementation
• UX decisions and interaction quality
• Native mobile experience
• Light backend wiring and integrations
• Early product direction through what you choose to build

WHO THIS FITS

• Product-minded engineer or technical generalist
• Strong taste and judgement, even if still developing
• Comfortable with ambiguity and early-stage mess
• Curious, pragmatic, and thoughtful
• Genuine interest in golf and/or sport.

Junior or mid-level is fine - what matters is range and intent.

TECHNICAL SHAPE

• React / TypeScript
• Swift or React Native (or willingness/capability to learn)
• Supabase and edge functions
• Modern UI tooling
• AI-assisted workflows

We care more about outcomes than stack purity.
