Now, we’re looking for our very first hire — someone ready to help us scale, win new clients, and shape what ByteSearch becomes. This isn’t just “another recruitment role.” You’ll work side-by-side with the founder, own high-impact searches from day one, and have a direct hand in building a category-defining search firm.

Your title? That’s up to you, Head of Technology, Founding Consultant, Recruitment Director etc. — we’ll shape it around the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Run end-to-end hiring for some of the world’s most exciting AI and deep tech teams
• Win and grow business across startups, scaleups, and emerging tech giants
• Headhunt the top 1% of talent using LinkedIn, your network, and creative sourcing methods
• Deliver a flawless candidate experience that builds long-term loyalty
• Grow into a recognised deep tech recruitment specialist
