Via uses AI to match candidates and employers across skills, experience, salary expectations, availability, and intent. Candidates stay completely anonymous until there is a genuine match. Employers receive a curated shortlist of five high-quality, pre-screened candidates, typically within 72 hours.
Via is already live with thousands of candidates on the platform and a growing base of paying clients . This role is one of our earliest commercial hires .
