Founding Software Engineer (Python) required to build, scale, and own the technical foundation of a well backed, early-stage AI start-up from day one.

This is a rare opportunity for a strong Python Software Engineer to join at the ground floor, working directly with the founders to define the architecture, ship core systems, and shape the long-term technical vision of the company.

You’ll have genuine ownership, influence key technical decisions, and play a central role in taking the product from early traction through to scale.

About you:

• 5+ years of professional Software Development experience
• Expert in Python
• End-to-end ownership of features and systems, from design through to production
• Comfortable working across the stack, including frontend development with TypeScript and React
• Thrive in early-stage. fast-paced environments
• High ownership mindset with strong problem-solving skills
