Artemis Human Capital is working with a globally recognised, innovative brand to help appoint an FP&A professional to join their international finance team. Reporting to the Group FP&A Director, the Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the finance function across the global group. This newly-created position offers exposure to a wide range of finance activities in a fast-paced, international environment. The Role:

Prepare and review monthly accounts across multiple business units. Support cash flow management, financial analysis, and reporting. Assist in producing consolidated group reporting packs. Contribute to financial planning initiatives, including M&A projects. Help develop annual budgets and regular reforecasts. Support debt management and compliance monitoring. Collaborate with finance systems and data teams on company-wide projects. Lead ad-hoc finance projects and other strategic initiatives as required.

The Person:

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Advanced MS Excel skills Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite Experience of Power BI is advantageous
