Join your role as FP&A Director for Warner Bros. Discovery’s Consumer Products division, responsible for EMEA. Your New Role Act as a pivotal guiding role covering financial planning, forecasting, and strategic evaluation across EMEA and Burbank HQ. Shape the annual operating plan and ensure financial strategies align with organisational goals. Partner with Finance and Commercial stakeholders to support senior executives in making informed decisions. Your Role Accountabilities
Oversee EMEA budget and forecast cycles, ensuring robust planning and insights. Prepare business review materials, including revenue analysis by category, territory, and franchise. Deliver variance analysis, risk and opportunity assessments, and executive‑level reporting. Develop financial models and scenario assessments to evaluate growth opportunities. Act as a key financial advisor to regional management, influencing strategic outcomes. Drive adoption of self‑service tools and enhance financial processes across EMEA. Monitor performance against long‑term goals and identify whitespace opportunities. Benchmark across territories to highlight growth potential. Partner with senior stakeholders on financial queries, initiatives, and projects. Support regional teams in creating actionable plans for core initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in financial planning and business partnership. Strong strategic thinking and data interpretation skills with an ability to turn insights into action. Expertise in financial systems and BI tools; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills essential. Experience with Tableau or PowerBI preferred. Background in media, entertainment, retail, or consumer products advantageous. Knowledge of consumer and retail trends a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences. Ability to manage remote teams and foster a culture of accountability. Passion for Warner Bros. Discovery brands and franchises.
