We’re looking for an FP&A Manager / Lead to partner closely with the Head of Commercial Finance and play a key role in shaping how finance supports a growing, data-driven business. This role combines commercial insight, data capability, and leadership — with real opportunity to influence how the function evolves as the business scales. Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles

Commercial Support

Build business cases and scenario models Support decisions around pricing, costs, and growth Analyse product and customer performance

Data & Insight A key part of this role is improving how finance uses data. You’ll:

Develop KPI frameworks and dashboards (Power BI) Improve reporting structures and data modelsSupport automation and reduce manual processes Work closely with Data and Tech teams

Leadership & Development

Support and mentor junior team members Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders Grow into a broader leadership role over time

Experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance (typically 4+ years) Experience with budgeting and forecasting Strong Excel skills and financial modelling Experience with Power BI or similar tools Exposure to SQL or data tools is helpful, but not essential Comfortable working with stakeholders across the business ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent) Clear progression pathway Opportunity to shape a growing finance function Investment in data tools and modern ways of working
