This is a dynamic and growing organisation undergoing positive change, and they are keen to bring in someone who is open to new ideas and excited to be part of a business that is evolving and continuously improving.The RoleOur client is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join their busy finance team. This role will be instrumental in supporting the business's financial direction, working closely with the Financial Controller and senior stakeholders to deliver high quality analysis and insights.You will play a key role in helping shape strategic decisions by turning financial data into clear, meaningful information that supports business growth and performance.The position requires a commercially minded individual who can think strategically, see the bigger picture, and communicate effectively across the wider business.Main ResponsibilitiesLead the budgeting process, including annual budgets and ongoing reforecastsManage quarterly forecasting cycles and maintain rolling forecastsSupport the development and delivery of the company's longer term financial plans.Provide detailed financial analysis and insight to senior management to support decision makingProduce clear and insightful reports to improve operational efficiency and business performancePartner with key stakeholders across the business to drive financial understanding and accountabilityRequiredProven experience in an FP&A or similar commercially focused finance roleBackground within food manufacturing, fresh produce, agriculture, or a wider manufacturing environmentStrong analytical and financial modelling skillsAbility to interpret and present financial data to non-finance stakeholdersExperience working with budgets, forecasts, and long term planning processesQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent preferredLocationLincoln areaHow to ApplyIf you are interested, please apply below, alternatively, contact Sandra on 07375 967911 or sandra@morepeople.co.uk #J-18808-Ljbffr
