FP&A Manager
Core3 are delighted to partner with a private equity-backed, international organisation to recruit an FP&A Manager. £65,000 to £70,000 plus fully remote working within the UK, with occasional travel to London or the South East and flexibility to support US stakeholders.
Why join our client?
Our client is a PE backed, international organisation with clear growth plans and an inquisitive investor group. This is a high standards environment where leadership wants to understand the business at a detailed KPI level, so FP&A is central to decision making. You'll join a collaborative, delivery focused team where pace, ownership and clear insight are valued, and where you will play a visible role in shaping the story behind the numbers.
How you'll make an impact
This is a hands on FP&A role with significant data ownership and board level output. You will:
Own the month end rhythm, working to a c.10 day close and leading the performance insight cycle

Lead renewals analytics early in the month, drilling into churn, downsell and upsell across countries, with renewals representing the majority of group revenue

Partner closely with a strong Senior FP&A Analyst, supporting complex data manipulation while taking ownership of translating outputs into insight and action

Build and deliver board packs that are KPI heavy and detail driven, with clear commentary on performance, risks and opportunities

Lead quarterly forecasting cycles with country managers, challenging assumptions and driving accountability

Produce clear, decision focused commentary for the CFO and wider leadership team, supporting both performance reviews and board requirements

Drive automation, process improvement and data governance, improving the speed and reliability of reporting across multiple data sources

Support deeper commercial analysis when required, for example breaking spend and performance down by customer segment or sales channel as leadership digs into drivers

Why our client is excited about you
Our client is looking for someone who is genuinely strong on data and comfortable operating in an inquisitive PE environment. You'll be able to take complex, imperfect information from multiple sources, turn it into clear KPIs, and confidently explain what it means. You'll be comfortable with board scrutiny, tight timelines, and being asked to go deeper when questions arise.
Strong FP&A experience with hands on ownership of budgeting, forecasting, modelling, management reporting and board packs

Confident working with data at scale, including analysis, manipulation and interpretation across multiple sources

Comfortable in PE backed, investor led environments where the pace is high and the detail matters

Able to write clear commentary and translate performance into executive ready insight

Strong business partnering skills, able to challenge and influence non finance stakeholders

Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI and reporting tools, with a mindset towards automation and process improvement

Qualified accountant preferred, QBE considered where experience is strong

What you'll get in return
This role offers genuine flexibility, trust and the chance to influence at group level. The benefits for this FP&A Manager role are:
£65,000 to £70,000 basic salary

Fully remote working within the UK

25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Private healthcare and life insurance

Supportive, collaborative culture with room to grow

We invite applications from all qualified candidates who believe they meet the requirements of the role, whilst supporting and promoting equality and diversity to create an inclusive working environment for all.
