The Role The job:
We`re looking for a FP&A Manager to join our Finance team based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire.
As part of our fast paced Finance & Insights team, the FP&A Manager will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of the business. This role leads the planning, forecasting and performance insight processes, enabling informed and confident decision making across the organisation. This role is central to building a best in class FP&A capability, including improving our forecasting cycles, driving simplicity and accuracy in reporting, and setting the standard for effective business partnering. You will partner closely with business leaders and the C-suite to provide high quality analysis, challenge assumptions, highlight risks & opportunities, and guide the business toward achieving its strategic and financial goals.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning: Own and deliver the annual Budget and formal Reforecasts, consolidating a complete company view.
