Overview:
We’re hiring two organised and motivated FRA Works Coordinators to help drive forward the delivery of fire safety remedial works. This is a brilliant opportunity to support a key compliance programme that keeps residents safe.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the scheduling and completion of FRA remedial actions
Act as a liaison between contractors, housing teams, and residents to ensure access and smooth delivery
Log, track, and update actions and documentation on internal systems
Monitor contractor performance and escalate any issues as needed
Provide administrative support including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and preparing reports
Support the wider compliance and asset teams in delivering a top-tier fire safety programme
What We're Looking For:
Experience coordinating works in housing, compliance, fire safety or a similar field
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
Ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and compliance/asset databases
