We are looking for a Fractional CEO / CEO to partner closely with the founders to: Bring structure, clarity, and financial discipline to the businessBuild a clear and credible path to profitabilityUnlock scalable, sustainable growth This role is ideal for someone who has experience operating within high-growth DTC or consumer brands, particularly through periods of complexity and transition. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial & Operational Leadership Take ownership of cash flow planning and financial visibilityImplement structured approaches to supplier and operational managementImprove margins, cost discipline, and inventory planningBuild a more resilient and scalable operating model 2. Growth & Revenue Strategy Oversee and optimise paid marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google)Identify highest ROI channels and scale them effectivelyBuild systems for predictable, repeatable customer acquisitionUnlock additional revenue opportunities (subscriptions, bundles, partnerships, B2B) 3. Business Model Optimisation Refine the subscription model to improve clarity, retention, and profitabilityOptimise pricing, promotional strategy, and product positioningIdentify and execute quick wins to unlock revenue from existing inventory 4. Team & Execution Lead and bring structure to a small, highly motivated teamIntroduce accountability, focus, and clear execution rhythmsWork closely with the founder to transition from reactive to strategic operations 5.
