Want to come and be a part of it?What will you be doing?You'll be a key member of the tender team, working closely with internal resources and external organisations to demonstrate our ability to deliver projects through the pre-construction and construction phases. This will include bringing your experience and that of others to the development of the documents to meet the expected requirements of the Environment Agency.You'll manage, supervise, train and mentor your framework team to enable them to optimise their work contribution, achieving the best results for the Environment Agency and our organisational goals.Along with being the Framework representative at client meetings, where you will provide them with a delivery update and manage issues.You'll be accountable for the overall performance of the framework, including delivering performance in accordance with targets and procedures, setting team targets to measure performance, drive continuous improvement and manage processes in a manner which enhances the reputation of the company and increases prospects for future work.Taking ownership for safety and environmental compliance.What youll bring A good level of commercial acumen;Effective team management, leadership and influencing skillsExcellent customer skillsThe ability to drive excellent relationships with all contactsThe ability to remain flexible in your approach to the roleExperience of working on NEC contractsExcellent communication skills verbal and writtenHighly organised and able to juggle prioritiesWhats in it for you?
