Kingston Barnes is partnering with a well established, privately owned regional contractor delivering schemes from £500k to £40m across the UK.

With a portfolio of live frameworks already secured and a strong pipeline ahead, they are looking to appoint a Framework Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping, securing and supporting future opportunities across the business.

This is not just a bid writing role.
This is influence.

You will work directly alongside Directors, leading framework strategy, overseeing high quality technical and commercial submissions and ensuring smooth transition into delivery. The role bridges pre construction and operational teams, ensuring frameworks are not just won but successfully delivered.
The Role

Lead and manage framework and major bid submissions
Develop winning strategies aligned to scoring criteria and commercial objectives
Influence internal stakeholders across pre construction and delivery teams
Support post tender handover into operations
Build strong relationships with framework providers and key clients
Drive continuous improvement in quality of submissions and bid processes

You will be at the heart of how the business secures and converts future work.
What We Are Looking For

Strong construction background ideally with Tier 1 or leading regional contractor
Experience across both pre construction and delivery
Understanding of frameworks, two stage procurement and design & build
Strong technical and commercial acumen
Confident communicator able to operate at Director level
Based within the M4 / M5 corridor

This would suit someone currently operating as a Framework Manager, Senior Pre Construction Manager, Bid Manager or commercially minded Operations professional looking to step into a more strategic position.
