Assignment Details:
Location: Kent Contract: Freelance (Outside IR35) Rate: £300–£350 per day (DOE) Programme Duration: May – June Start Date: May 2026Role Overview: This role mirrors a structured condition survey programme across a range of school buildings, focusing on accurate asset data capture and reporting to support estate planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake condition surveys across multiple school sites Assess building condition, defects, and maintenance priorities Produce clear and consistent survey reports Work efficiently across a defined geographic patch Maintain high standards of health & safety complianceRequirements:
Demonstrable experience in condition xehkeey surveying Background in Building Surveying or equivalent Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously Enhanced DBS (essential and must be current)Additional Information:
Travel within Kent required Short-term programme with potential for future phases
