We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to support a condition survey programme across a portfolio of schools in the Northeast of England.
Assignment Details: Location: Northeast England Contract: Freelance (Outside IR35) Rate: £300£350 per day (DOE) Programme Duration: May June Start Date: May 2026 Role Overview: You will be responsible for undertaking condition surveys across multiple school sites, assessing building fabric and services, and producing clear, structured reports. The programme is part of a wider asset management initiative, requiring consistency and attention to detail.
