Location: LondonRate: £300£350 per dayDuration: Minimum 2-week programmeWe are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to support an upcoming programme of PFI condition surveys across a portfolio of high schools in London.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for carrying out detailed condition surveys on educational facilities, assessing building fabric and services, and reporting on asset condition in line with PFI requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct condition surveys of high school buildingsAssess and record the condition of building fabric and associated elementsCompile clear, accurate, and structured survey reportsWork efficiently across multiple sites within the programme timeframeEnsure compliance with project scope and reporting standardsRequirementsProven experience in building condition surveys, ideally within PFI environmentsBackground working in educational estates is highly desirableStrong reporting and data capture skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyEnhanced DBS certificate (essential)Additional InformationShort-term programme with potential for further workCompetitive day rate depending on experienceJBRP1_UKTJ
