E-commerce & Email Marketing Executive (Freelance)

This is a freelance role with flexible working hours.

Seventh is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven E-commerce & Email Marketing Executive to support the operational running of seventhstores.com and the brand’s email marketing activity.

The website is the primary sales channel of the business, and email marketing plays a critical role in driving both product launches and ongoing customer retention.

This role sits at the intersection of online trading, website operations, and lifecycle marketing, ensuring that product drops, campaigns, and website merchandising work together to drive revenue.


Key Responsibilities


Website & E-commerce Management

  • Upload and manage product listings on Shopify including imagery, descriptions, sizing and pricing
  • Maintain and update product pages to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand standards
  •  Implement cross-selling and upselling strategies through website merchandising
  •  Manage product collections and merchandising to optimise sales and conversion


Product Launches & Drops

  • Coordinate and execute product drops on the website
  • Prepare launches including inventory checks, product visibility, and launch timing
  • Manage members-only early access releases and staged product launches
  •  Ensure all launch assets and pages are prepared in advance


Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

  • Plan, build and schedule email campaigns aligned with product drops and brand communications
  • Manage weekly or bi-weekly newsletters
  • Build and maintain automated email flows including:
  • Welcome series
  • Abandoned cart
  • Browse abandonment
  • Post-purchase
  • Product education
  • Optimise email performance including open rate, click-through rate and conversion


Digital Advertising Co-ordination

• Work closely with the external digital advertising specialist to support campaign execution

• Provide creative assets, product information and launch schedules required for advertising campaigns

• Review and assess advertising performance and provide feedback to optimise campaigns

• Ensure advertising activity aligns with product launches, website merchandising and email campai


Ecommerce Merchandising & Trading

  • Analyse product performance and adjust website merchandising accordingly
  • Monitor key e-commerce KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV and revenue per visitor
  • Optimise merchandising to drive both sales and margin


Website Maintenance

  • Monitor the website for bugs or issues
  • Report issues to external developers via Slack and Teamwork
  • Coordinate fixes and ensure site stability


Content & Brand Alignment

  • Write and update product descriptions and website copy
  •  Ensure all website and email content reflects Seventh’s brand tone of voice


Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years experience in e-commerce ideally within fashion or luxury
  • Strong experience managing Shopify stores
  • Experience using Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
  • Strong understanding of online trading and ecommerce KPIs
  • Data-driven with the ability to interpret website and campaign performance
  • Highly organised and detail oriented
  • Strong project management skills
