We are a small but growing remote team working in electronics, PCB design, embedded systems, and IoT development. We're looking for a long-term partner to manage a freelancer profile (on platforms like Fiverr, Freelancer.com, or Upwork) and collaborate with our team to help us attract and fulfill technical projects.

What This Role Is About:

We're not asking for your account access, and we don't manage third-party freelancers. You will manage your own profile under your name, while our internal team handles the actual engineering and delivery work.

We want our engineers to focus on Design and Development while you handle:

• Setting up a professional freelancer portfolio and profile (with our help and assets)
• Create and verify freelance accounts
• Applying to jobs that match our technical scope
• Communicating with clients during early stages (templates & guidance provided)
• Collaborate with us to fulfill projects with out team of experienced engineers

You won’t need to participate in marketing unless you want to. Our team will help find jobs, write proposals, deliver work, and manage quality.

Commission-based model

You’ll receive [10–20%] of net profits from each project handled through your profile

Commission can grow as your profile gains trust and volume increases

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (written)
• Basic understanding of freelancing platforms
• Willingness to work transparently and ethically
• Must be 18+ with valid ID and access to a computer/internet
• Ability to verify your profile using real, accurate information (your own identity)
• No previous bans or violations on freelance platforms

Bonus If You Have:

• Previous freelance platform experience (e.g., Fiverr, Upwork)
• Sales or client communication skills
• Background in engineering, electronics, or software (helpful, not required)
