We seek the services of a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to run a long-term residential project near Salisbury.

The role can be offered on a CIS Ltd contract or fixed-term basis. The salary is competitive.

The project is a partnered multi-phase development, with longevity potentially until 2029.

The role will be primarily site-based with the opportunity to work from home 1 or 2 days per week.

This position is suitable for an independent surveyor with a proven track record in project delivery and managing a busy supply chain.
