Your new company You will be joining a forward-thinking and innovative Tier 1 contractor whose main purpose is to build a better society with a customer-focused mindset. This contractor has an exciting opportunity to work on a high-value project in the Nottinghamshire area where they are delivering the design and build of major road upgrades.

Your new role You will be working as a Planner on a £400 Million + project where you will have full responsibility of the contract programme update cycle which has been developed. Therefore, you will maintain it with progress and change. You will maintain existing project controls and assist in the review of subcontractor programmes to ensure compliance with NEC. Furthermore, you will be reading drawings, specifications and contracts working very closely with the site team which such as the Project Manager and Engineering team.

What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed, you will need on-site construction experience as an Engineer or Agent as you will be reading drawings, specifications and contracts. Additionally, you will be familiar with working on NEC model contracts under the employment of a Tier 1 Contractor.
