Freelance Senior Project Manager
London (Hybrid – 3 days in)
6-month booking (with strong potential to extend)
To £350 per day (Outside IR35)
An ambitious independent creative agency is looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager to join them on a 6-month freelance booking — with real opportunity to extend as the agency continues to grow.
The Opportunity
You’ll lead end-to-end delivery across integrated campaigns — spanning film, digital, social, print and branded content — ensuring projects run smoothly from brief through to launch and optimisation.
You’ll sit at the heart of the action:
Owning timelines from kick-off to approvals and final delivery
Translating client objectives into clear, actionable briefs
Coordinating creatives, production partners and external suppliers
Keeping budgets tight and scopes crystal clear
Acting as the steady, trusted point of contact for clients
In short: you’ll be the engine room behind great work.
Your Profile:
Someone with 5–8 years’ experience in a creative agency, production or branded content environment who:
Thrives on structure, clarity and momentum
Can manage multiple workstreams without breaking a sweat
Understands production workflows across film, digital and audio
Is commercially confident — scoping, budgeting and managing SOWs
Balances creative ambition with practical delivery
Is calm under pressure and solutions-focused
This role is heavily weighted toward project leadership and operational excellence — they need someone who genuinely enjoys the craft of delivery.
