An exciting opportunity has opened up for a driven and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work with a developer on a temporary basis for 3-6 months to help complete 2 new build developments.

Working with a well-established commercial team, this role offers autonomy, visibility, and the chance to work with a fantastic business.

The Role:

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll oversee all commercial and cost control aspects of the two live developments. You’ll work closely with site teams, technical, and procurement departments to ensure budgets are maintained, risks are managed, and financial reporting is accurate and timely. This is an ideal step for a strong QS who is capable of running sites independently in a supportive but fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Take full commercial ownership of two projects, managing budgets, valuations, cost forecasting, and reporting across the full lifecycle of the project.

Produce monthly CVRs, monitor costs against programme, and provide accurate financial updates to the Commercial Manager and wider leadership team.
