Freelance Senior Site Manager – Leading Main Contractor Location: Windsor, Berkshire Pay Rate: £320–£330 per day (CIS) Project Value: £5M Duration: 30 Weeks A well-established Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to work on the delivery of an industrial scheme in Windsor. This is a technically challenging project involving the redevelopment of a single industrial unit, incorporating a substantial cut & carve, new steel frame, foundations, internal slab, and an extension. Due to the scale and complexity, the scheme will operate very similarly to a full new build.
