Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

CSCS SMSTS First AidIt is also essential that you hold the experience below;

5 years + experience as a Site Manager / Site Agent in the Civil Engineering sector Experience running streetworks / roundabout upgrade schemesAdditional skills

Strong leadership skills Effective time management abilities Capacity to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively Knowledgeable of health and safety regulations and protocols Demonstrated capability in establishing and maintaining relationships Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
