Your New Company are a leading infrastructure services and engineering provider delivering essential projects across the UK. They are currently undertaking a Window Replacement Scheme at HMP Manchester, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with security protocols.
Your new role
I am seeking an experienced Site Manager with CTC & EL2 clearance for a freelance position. You will oversee the day-to-day management of the window replacement works within a secure prison environment, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, managing site logistics, and maintaining strict adherence to security and compliance requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
CTC & EL2 security clearance (essential)
SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card
Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar projects
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and site compliance
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work within a high-security environment and liaise effectively with prison staff and contractors
Willingness to comply with all prison security protocols and vetting processes
