Freelance Site Manager / Senior Site Manager

We are currently working with a well-established Tier 1 main contractor who is delivering a £50M new build industrial project in Purton and is looking to bring on a strong Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to support the scheme.

Project details:

* New build industrial development

* Value: £50M

* Location: Purton

* Duration: Minimum 8 weeks (with potential to extend)

* Start: Immediate for the right candidate

Role requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager on industrial projects

* Strong background in groundworks and structural steel packages

* Ability to manage site operations, subcontractors, and programme delivery

Tickets required:

* CSCS

* SMSTS

* First Aid

Rate:

* £300–£350 per day (CIS), depending on experience
