*EDUCATIONAL REFURB EXPERIENCE PREFERRED* We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager Location: Blackburn Sectors: School Project Types: Refurb Values: TBC FREELANCE: £270 - £290 a day Duration: 2 weeks + What you will do as a Freelance Site Manager Set up site and H&S ready for project start Oversee M&E isolations and ripout Report directly to the Contract Manager Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives Support commissioning and final handovers Duties of a Freelance Site Manager include but are not limited to: Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal) Ensure project runs smoothly on day to day basis Ensure H&S is adhered to & updated accordingly Record on-site progress and lookaheads Report into Senior Management Work closely with the contracts manager Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager Experience as a Site Manager (Educational Preferred) CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position UK driving lice...
