Vacancy Type: Permanent The Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer to support performance verification across a diverse portfolio of buildings. This freelance role is ideal for someone passionate about healthy buildings and environmental quality, with the flexibility to manage project-based assignments, including international delivery. You will manage on-site assessments that confirm whether a building meets the health and well-being performance thresholds set by the WELL Standard. The role involves a mix of post-occupancy testing, field measurements, and documented evidence collection. You will manage and conduct site visits and coordinate reporting with our internal team. Key Responsibilities * On-Site performance testing & verification including Air, Water, Light, Thermal Comfort and Sound, following the WELL Performance Verification Guidebook protocols. * Perform field measurements using direct-read instruments and collect samples for laboratory analysis when required. * Manage equipment logistics, set-up, operation, and troubleshooting throughout the testing process. * Act as the main point of contact during testing with our internal team and clients. * Manage testing for international sites, including travel arrangements and equipment with the internal team.
