The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced WELL Performance Testing professional to support performance verification across a diverse portfolio of buildings. This freelance role is ideal for someone passionate about healthy buildings and environmental quality, with the flexibility to manage project-based assignments including international delivery.

WELL Performance Verification is a third‑party, on-site assessment that confirms whether a building meets the health and well-being performance thresholds set by the WELL Standard. It involves a mix of post-occupancy testing, field measurements and documented evidence collection, all performed by qualified Performance Testing Agents working under approved providers.

You will manage and deliver site visits and coordinate the reporting with their internal team.

Key Responsibilities

On-Site Performance Testing & Verification including Air, Water, Light, Thermal Comfort and Sound, following the WELL Performance Verification Guidebook protocols. Perform field measurements using direct-read instruments and collect samples for laboratory analysis when required.
