Main duties:
To consistently deliver exceptional customer service and sales support while establishing long-lasting relationships.

The Role:
- Work closely with Account Managers to deliver exceptional pre and post-sales assistance, guaranteeing the best experience for customers.
- Ensure accurate processing of customer orders and act as the primary point of contact.
- Ensure timely delivery of client orders, resolve issues, and keep customers informed.
- Engage with clients to collect feedback, resolve inquiries, and offer solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, logistics, sales, and purchasing for smooth functioning.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Perform any additional tasks as needed.

The Candidate:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in sales support or administrative roles is beneficial
- Interest in technology and strong IT skills advantageous
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ambitious and driven
- Confident and dynamic
