About the RolesTeaching Assistant / Behaviour SupportYou'll help to:
✨ Support behaviour and learning
✨ Provide 1:1 guidance
✨ Create a calm, positive classroom environment
✨ Build trust and meaningful relationships with students
Cover SupervisorYou'll:
Deliver pre‑planned lessons
‍ Keep classes focused and engaged
Maintain behaviour standards (No teaching experience needed - confidence and communication are what count!)
