The Role
We are seeking a confident, highly organised, and proactive Front Desk & Clinic Operations Lead to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who takes ownership of their work, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and is comfortable managing both front-of-house responsibilities and operational administration.
This position offers a strong upward trajectory. As the clinic continues to grow, responsibilities may expand into a more senior operations or managerial role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors in a warm, professional, and polished manner and manage incoming calls, enquiries, and appointment bookings with excellent phone etiquette
- Provide timely and professional responses to new patient questions and enquiries across digital and in-clinic channels, ensuring a high standard of patient care and engagement
- Maintain accurate patient records, and create, maintain, and manage daily operational records and reports using Microsoft Excel
- Manage multiple booking systems, software platforms, and administrative tools
- Take ownership of operational matters and proactively identify, suggest, and implement improvements
Skills and Experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including accurate record keeping and data management
- Exceptional attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and reliability with a proactive, organised, and solution-focused mindset
- Previous reception, clinic, or administrative experience with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in holistic health or traditional medicine is a plus

- Competitive hourly pay of £14 to £18 per hour depending on experience (£29,120 – £37,440 per year full-time equivalent based on 40 hours per week) with eligibility for performance-based bonus
