The Role
We are looking to hire for several key positions across both Front of House and Back of House.
Front of House roles include:
Receptionist
Waiter / Waitress
Floor Supervisor
Event Supervisor
Restaurant Manager
General Manager
Back of House roles include:
Chef de Partie
Head Chef
Chef
Executive Back of House Operations
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with the management team to ensure seamless restaurant operations and an exceptional dining experience.
Ensuring that every guest receives the highest levels of service from our team members.
Managing the restaurant team efficiently, specifically overseeing service at the tables and ensuring the team is well-trained and delivers a smooth service.
Ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly followed according to sanitary regulations.
Following all company policy and procedures regarding dealing with cash, equipment and property.
Working closely with management to meet revenue objectives.
Handling guest queries promptly and professionally, ensuring the guests leave with a positive dining experience.
Drive the Haz Group company culture, train and develop F&B team.
Ensuring high-quality service and operational standards.
Ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are strictly followed according to regulations.
Requirements:
Experience in London restaurants, with a strong passion for delivering the highest standards of service.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to lead, motivate and develop a passionate front of house team in collaboration with the management of kitchen team.
Implement robust standards that ensure consistency focussed on creating customer unique dinning experience.
Contribute ideas, energy and enthusiasm to elevate our dining offerings.
Experience in Hospitality, with Food and Beverage Operations
Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
Full rota flexibility
