Role Overview
Our Front of House team are the anchor of every Sanctum experience.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on preparing the space, supporting the facilitator, and delivering exceptional service to every guest. You are responsible for creating a seamless flow from arrival to departure, with sharp attention to detail and calm presence throughout.
From setting up mats to lighting incense, you help craft a sensory environment that feels elevated and intentional. You’re confident managing equipment, comfortable speaking with clients, and always in tune with what’s needed in the moment. This role may require local travel and occasional support at pop-ups, retreats or partner activations.
Key Responsibilities
Experience Preparation & Delivery
- Arrive on time and take full responsibility for setup, ensuring the space is calm, clean and fully prepared before clients enter
- Set up and manage all equipment including headphones, music, sound systems, lighting and incense
- Lay out mats, towels and props with care, following Sanctum’s standards and floor plans
- Work closely with the Guide before, during and after class to ensure smooth delivery
- Reset the space post-class and ensure all materials are accounted for
Client Care & Communication
- Welcome clients with warmth, confidence and clarity
- Offer guidance and support throughout the class experience, from check-in to exit
- Engage with guests post-class, holding space for questions, feedback and conversation
- Share current offers, events or class packs in a way that feels personal and aligned
- Represent the Sanctum tone in all in-person and digital communications
Operational Support
- Support private bookings, partner events and pop-ups as needed
- Flag any issues promptly to the Local Supervisor, with clear communication
- Follow all operational procedures with consistency and care
- Presence: You are grounded, composed and fully engaged. You hold space naturally and respond calmly to whatever the moment requires.
