The Role Were looking for someone who brings great energy to the room - a confident, experienced Front of House team member who enjoys talking to people, knows how to read a table, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, attentive service.
Youll be right at the heart of the floor: making coffees, guiding guests through the menu, building relationships with regulars, and helping shape the atmosphere that defines Vieni.
What Youll Be Doing Welcoming guests in a warm, genuine way
Making consistently great coffee
Taking orders and confidently talking through the menu
Delivering food and drinks with care and attention to detail
Creating a relaxed but attentive dining experience
Keeping the space clean, organised, and inviting
Working closely with the kitchen and the rest of the team
Bringing personality and positive energy to every shift
What Were Looking For Front of house experience is essential
Barista trained and confident behind a coffee machine
Someone who is naturally friendly, confident, and full of personality
A genuine interest in food, ingredients, and hospitality
Comfortable speaking about the menu and making recommendations
Attentive and intuitive with guests but able to read the room
A team player whos happy to get stuck in wherever needed
