Within the Olympia destination, Hyatt Regency London Olympia will offer 204 bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, a welcoming lobby lounge and three meeting rooms, with direct connectivity to Pillar Hall and the International Convention Centre. Duties and responsibilities related to the Front Office Host/ess role

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, confirming booking details with accuracy and professionalism.
• Manage the check-in process efficiently, issuing room keys and providing clear information on hotel facilities and services.
• Oversee the check-out process, including preparing bills, processing payments, and gathering guest feedback.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are prepared and maintained to the highest standards for incoming arrivals.
• Work collaboratively with other departments, such as housekeeping, engineering, and food & beverage, to address and fulfil guest needs, requests, and inquiries.

About You

Previous experience in a front office role within the premium hotel segment is preferred. You bring strong communication and organisational skills with a guest-focused approach. Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage but not essential, and you are confident using standard computer applications.
