Were looking for an experienced Front Office Shift Leader to join our luxury hotel situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The Role As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the Front Desk operations during your assigned shift to a consistently high standard in order to deliver exceptional customer service to Guests. Your main duties include: Advising your shift team of any special events or VIP Guests in the hotel Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of receptionists with an emphasis on training and team work Maximize sales revenues through up-selling Manage Guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and completely * Assist with covering Duty Management during the day and to support with night coverage from time to time. The Person We look for receptionists with previous experience in a similar role who are absolutely committed to delivering exceptional customer service, a charismatic personality, and a natural flair for creating memorable experiences with all of our guests. Youll have a can-do attitude and be able to respond flexibly to different guest requests and situations. Finally, youll have a good command of the English language and be very well presented.
