A Global Front Office Solution Architect is required to join a world-leading automotive company, owning the Salesforce Field Service architecture across a complex, multi-country transformation programme. This is a hands-on architecture role ideal for someone with global Salesforce deployments under their belt who can lead from the front, influence at C-suite level, and turn ambitious roadmaps into reality.
Role Highlights Own the global Salesforce Field Service architecture defining designs, integration patterns, and standards that set the benchmark across multiple countries and Systems Integration partners Lead solution design end-to-end, producing high-level and low-level design documentation, architectural principles, and roadmaps that are scalable, compliant, and future-proof Act as the technical voice with business and IT leaders, translating complex Service solutions into compelling stories that win buy-in for high-value transformation programmes Drive consistency and reusability across £20M+ global programmes, collaborating with engineering teams, product owners, and SI partners across multiple regions Stay ahead on emerging Salesforce capabilities and pragmatically shape these into evolving global architectures and strategic roadmaps
