While our core engineering team is primarily focused on .NET backend development and Blazor, we are expanding our capabilities to deliver a high performance marketing-focused frontend.

Role Description

We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will help architect and lead the development of our greenfield marketing site and PPC landing pages. You will be the primary authority on our frontend stack, ensuring our web presence is high-performing, aligns with our brand style guideline, and empowers our marketing team through modern CMS integration and component development. You will work closely with our existing engineering and marketing teams to develop, build, test, and deploy this site, as well as integrate with any required backend functionality.

• This role will be based out of our City of London office
• We operate a hybrid working policy with flexible working from home for 2/3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the build of our new marketing site and PPC landing pages from the ground up.
• Implement and manage a Headless CMS integration (Contentful, Sanity, Strapi etc.) to enable the marketing team to independently deliver content.
• Build and maintain a scalable, reusable component library to ensure design consistency.
• Partner closely with engineering colleagues to define and integrate any required backend functionality
• Ensure all frontend deliverables are optimized for page speed, accessibility, and SEO.
• Work to ensure all technical implementations align strictly with company brand and design guidelines.

Requirements

Required

• Proven experience working to develop marketing focussed frontends focussed on high performance and SEO optimisation
• Experience developing CMS integrations

Technical Requirements

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• Strong experience in TypeScript / JavaScript inclusive of modern Server-side generation frameworks (Next.js, Astro etc.)
• Strong experience in CSS inclusive of modern frameworks (Tailwind etc.)
• Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture and best practices
• Experience using VCS (git)
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines
• Experience of unit testing
• Experience in consuming backend APIs inclusive of transient error and fault handling
