What You'll Do Take ownership of high-impact ideas and ship them fast Talk directly to customers and translate problems into product Work across the stack — architecture → backend → UI Make smart trade-offs to maximise impact Build, test, iterate in tight 6-week cycles Help shape new paradigms for AI-powered software in industrial inspection What We're Looking For 2-8 years shipping fullstack features in real-world products Experience in high-growth environments Founder or 0→1 experience (bonus if you've built something revenue-generating) Strong product instincts and a bias toward action Stack: NextJS, NestJS, TypeScript We have more high-impact ideas than we have bandwidth.
