Founding FullStack Engineer (VueJS/React, TypeScript,Python, FastAPI) Salary up to £95,000 +Equity London - 3 days a week

Early stage MedTech Startup, building tools that help design better, fairer, and more effective clinical trials. Their work sits at the intersection of data, science, and human decision-making, which have a direct impact on the future of patient care.

Your being joining a small, mission driven team, early in the journey and will have a direct impact on shaping the product and overall feel of the platform and useability. Design and build back-end services and APIs in Python (FastAPI) that power the core platform
Develop front-end components in Vue.js , turning complex data and AI outputs into intuitive user experiences
Own features end-to-end, from data models and API contracts through to UI flows and interactions
Transform prototypes into production systems, including ingestion pipelines and AI-powered workflows
Build performant, reliable APIs supporting semantic search, clustering, and protocol-support tools

What we're looking for Around 5+ years of experience as a software engineer , working across back-end and front-end systems
At least 3 years in a commercial environment
Strong experience in either back-end engineering (Python, APIs, data models) or front-end engineering (modern JS frameworks, UX) with curiosity and willingness to work across both.
Experience integrating APIs and building data-driven user interfaces
Comfort with ambiguity, ownership, and working in a small, fast-moving team
