FTC Business Development Support Executive (12 Months) | Daresbury (Hybrid - 3 days in office) | £35,000 - £45,000 DOEHours: 37.5 hours per weekWe are recruiting on behalf of a high-growth, commercially driven organisation seeking a Business Development Support Executive to play a pivotal role in supporting and enabling their sales function.This is not a traditional administrative role. Instead, you'll sit at the heart of business development activity ensuring coordination, momentum, and accuracy across a complex commercial pipeline.This role is central to the success of the commercial team. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, ensuring opportunities are progressed efficiently and nothing slips through the cracks.You'll be instrumental in maintaining momentum across deals, supporting strategic growth, and helping the business scale with credibility and precision.Business Development Support Executive Key Responsibilities:Coordinate a high volume of introductory and follow-up meetingsManage complex diaries, scheduling, and logistics across stakeholdersPrepare meeting agendas and ensure materials are ready in advanceTrack actions and drive timely follow-upMaintain CRM systems with high accuracy (contacts, stages, notes, next steps)Support forecasting and pipeline visibilityProduce clear, reliable reports for leadershipMonitor conversion rates and highlight risks or bottlenecksAdapt pitch decks and briefing packs for prospective clientsEnsure materials remain current and aligned with positioningCoordinate updates with marketing and leadership teamsSupport proposals and pricing documentationManage post-meeting follow-ups and communicationsTrack outstanding actions, approvals, and timelinesConfidently chase stakeholders where neededSupport stakeholder mapping and engagement trackingPrepare contracts and documentation using templatesSupport procurement processes and liaise with legal/finance teamsTrack signatures and key milestonesEnsure a smooth handover to delivery teamsBusiness Development Support Executive Skills:EssentialExperience supporting sales, partnerships, or business development teamsStrong organisational and coordination skillsExperience using CRM systemsExcellent attention to detailConfident written communication skillsAbility to work at pace in a dynamic environmentDesirableExposure to contract processes or procurement cyclesExperience supporting senior stakeholdersPersonal AttributesCalm, structured, and organised under pressureProactive, able to anticipate issues before they ariseCommercially aware with a strong sense of ownershipConfident engaging and following up with senior stakeholdersSelf-starter who takes initiative rather than waiting for directionBenefits26 days holiday + bank holidaysEnhanced pension (5% employer contribution)Private medical insuranceOnsite gym facilitiesFree breakfast and lunch provided dailyFree onsite parkingPerkbox membership - discounts and wellbeing perksBH35844JBRP1_UKTJ
