We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Fulfilment and Transport Manager to take full ownership of our end-to-end order and shipment flow from China to the UK and EU. This hands-on, operational role is ideal for someone who thrives in logistics, enjoys solving real-time challenges, and can effectively coordinate across global teams and partners.

You’ll act as the central point of contact for processing orders, managing freight bookings, liaising with our warehouse in China and external 3PLs, and ensuring seamless communication with internal teams such as Merchandising, Retail, and Ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full fulfilment process for stock movement from China to UK/EU warehouses

  • Work directly with our warehouse in China to raise orders, confirm stock availability, and manage dispatch timelines

  • Book freight, prepare and manage shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists), and ensure smooth transit coordination

  • Track shipments and proactively resolve issues such as delays, missing documentation, or logistics bottlenecks

  • Liaise with freight forwarders and 3PL partners to manage bookings, customs documentation, and delivery timelines

  • Communicate regular delivery updates and timelines to internal teams, especially Merchandising

  • Ensure destination warehouses are prepared to receive stock, avoiding delays or errors

  • Maintain accurate tracking tools, shipping reports, and inventory status documentation

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in international logistics, fulfilment, or transport coordination

  • Proven experience working with Chinese warehouses and global freight providers

  • Strong knowledge of freight booking platforms, customs requirements, and international shipping documentation

  • Hands-on, process-driven individual who takes full ownership of tasks

  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/WMS and shipment tracking tools

  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong plus
