The RoleAs a Fulfilment Contract Manager you will:Coordinate the end-to-end order fulfilment process in line with customer KPIsAct as a key customer-facing contact for client queries and service updatesWork closely with warehouse teams to manage order flowMaintain stock integrity and process transactions within the WMSInvestigate delivery issues and implement effective solutions Manage inbound/outbound bookings and shipping documentationProblem solve and consult on improvementsComplete Quarterly and annual reviews with your customer.
