Full or Part Time Receptionist

IMH Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Receptionists to join our client’s Family Hubs in Barnsley.
* 1 x Full Time Role – until 22/05/2026
* 1 x Part Time Role – until 05/06/2026 (hours discussed at interview)
Key Duties:
* Provide a welcoming, professional reception service to families and professionals (face-to-face, phone & email)
* Deliver high-quality customer service and handle enquiries efficiently
* Provide general and complex administrative support
* Manage bookings, meeting rooms, agendas and minutes
* Handle post, filing (manual & electronic) and data entry
* Support financial processes including invoices, petty cash and record keeping
* Maintain stock levels and office supplies
* Work collaboratively within a multi-agency team
Requirements:
* 4 GCSEs (A–C) or equivalent, or substantial relevant experience
* Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
* Willingness to work flexibly and undertake training
Hours & Pay:
* Monday to Friday | Service hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm
* £14.82 per hour | Weekly pay via agency
* 1 x Full Time Role – until 22/05/2026
